Partnership Through Our Licensing Program
Siller Treppen is a renowned manufacturer of premium staircases, recognized for innovation, quality, and distinctive design. To support our continued growth, we are seeking dedicated partners (m/f/d) who would like to join our international network. We offer you the opportunity to benefit from our successful licensing program and represent Siller Treppen in your region.
Your responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing an independent Siller Treppen sales location in your region
- Taking responsibility for sales of our premium staircase solutions to local stair dealers and manufacturers
- Acquiring new customers and continuously expanding the existing customer base
- Installing the products sold
- Working closely with Siller Treppen headquarters to exchange information and help ensure the network's success
Your qualifications:
- A successful track record in sales or business development, ideally in the staircase, construction, or a related industry
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach, with the ambition to establish and run your own business
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with knowledge of customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel regularly within your region and internationally when necessary
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with a range of contacts
- Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with CRM systems
- A keen eye for detail in every area
