Integrated Architectural and Design Concepts

We see a staircase as part of a greater whole. Not only the staircase and stairwell themselves, but also all adjoining rooms, trades, walls, and furnishings should work together to create a cohesive concept. We bring a wealth of experience to advising and supporting you throughout this process, whether for new construction or renovation. With more than 25 years of construction industry experience, we have designed and built complete homes as well as individual building elements. This gives us deep insight into construction processes and their interrelationships, along with the properties and performance of individual materials. Are you looking to redesign your staircase or stairwell? Draw on our experience as an idea partner. We develop concepts that can be realized with either modest or extensive work. We also have considerable expertise in structural glass construction, from the design and fabrication of walkable glass floors and bridges to glass staircases, glass facades, and custom glasswork. On request, we can also design and build a custom entry portal, with its form and choice of materials tailored to your taste.

The Craft of Staircase Construction

For us, staircase construction is an artisanal craft. Every component is individually made and bears the unique signature of its craftsperson. Our many years of experience allow us to offer solutions in a wide range of materials and finishes. Examples include wood, glass, steel, Corian, gold, silver, bronze, and concrete. Please note, however, that despite the utmost care in production, certain tolerances are unavoidable in both handcrafted and machine-made components. Please consult the applicable standards in your country or contact one of our partners, who will be pleased to advise you.
