Your tasks:
- Assembly of stairs and railings according to the plans and specifications
- Ensuring precise and high quality installation
- Performing repairs and maintenance on our products
- Customer advice and solving technical questions on site
- Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Your profile:
- Completed training as a carpenter or locksmith
- Experience in assembling stairs or similar products is an advantage
- Handsmanship and technical understanding
- Independent working style and high level of commitment
- Customer orientation and strong ability to work in a team
- Class B driving license (desirable)
- Enjoy traveling - assembly takes place all over the world instead

Siller Stairs is a leading manufacturer of high-quality stairs and stands for innovation, quality and design. We are looking for a committed and experienced employee (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales and project management team.
Your tasks:
- Responsible support and further development of our national and international customer relationships
- Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing ones Customer contacts
- Creation and negotiation of offers, orders and contracts
- Project management from planning to successful Implementation of staircase projects
- Close collaboration with our production team and other specialist departments
- Market observation, identification of new trends and Competitive analysis
Your profile:
- Completed degree or comparable training in sales, project management or a related discipline
- Several years of professional experience in sales and project management, ideally in the construction industry or a similar environment
- Excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time
- Communication skills and teamwork skills to work effectively with customers and Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
