We are looking for a student or part-time employee who would like to earn additional income and has experience with and enjoys using modern communication channels such as social media and the internet in general. Ideally, the candidate will have marketing or online marketing experience that can be applied to the role. The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule is essential. Installer (carpenter/metalworker) for Siller Treppen
About us: Based in Meran, Siller Treppen is a renowned manufacturer of premium staircases and railings. Our staircases combine function with aesthetic appeal and are custom-made to each client’s requirements. We place the utmost importance on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. To support our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated installer to join our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities:
- Installing staircases and railings in accordance with plans and specifications
- Ensuring precise, high-quality installation
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on our products
- Advising clients and resolving technical issues on site
- Complying with safety regulations and quality standards
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter or metalworker
- Experience installing staircases or similar products is preferred
- Strong practical skills and technical understanding
- Ability to work independently and a high level of commitment
- Client-focused approach and strong teamwork skills
- Class B driver’s license preferred
- Enthusiasm for travel—installations take place around the world

Sales and Project Management:
Siller Treppen is a leading manufacturer of premium staircases, recognized for innovation, quality, and design. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales and project management team.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently managing and developing our domestic and international client relationships
- Acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Preparing and negotiating proposals, orders, and contracts
- Managing staircase projects from planning through successful completion
- Working closely with our production team and other specialist departments
- Monitoring the market, identifying emerging trends, and analyzing competitors
Your qualifications:
- A completed degree or comparable training in sales, project management, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in sales and project management, ideally in construction or a similar environment
- Strong client focus and excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects successfully at the same time
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with CRM systems
