How to make your Siller staircase a reality:
1) Inquiry
Are you interested in one of our staircases, or are you working on a project that requires structural design support? Simply send us the complete construction drawings and/or sketches of your designs, and we will contact you promptly. We are happy to assist with both new construction and renovation projects. “A picture is worth a thousand words” – Take a few photos of the existing installation area and tell us what you have in mind. We will be pleased to advise you first by phone and later on site to find your ideal solution.
2) Proposal
Once we have received all the necessary information, we will send you a complimentary, no-obligation proposal. As considerable distances often separate us, we appreciate your understanding that we can arrange an in-person meeting only after you have accepted our proposal.Or does your project push the boundaries of what may or may not be possible? Our feasibility study can provide the answers you need.
3) Placing Your Order
Sign our proposal and provide your billing and delivery addresses. Then we can get started!
4) Order Fulfillment
One of our designers develops the staircase’s structural concept and plans every visible and concealed detail to the required dimensions. We send you PDF and DWG drawings, which you and/or your architect must approve before the staircase is manufactured to your specifications. We can also provide photorealistic 3D renderings to help you visualize the staircase more clearly. Learn more about our Design Service. Structural performance and project-specific calculations are particularly important in public-sector construction and for one-of-a-kind designs that push the boundaries of what is feasible. A staircase must not only look exceptional but also comply with all legal requirements and the limits of physics. Depending on the project requirements and the regulations of the country concerned, we work closely with a local structural engineer during the design phase. This ensures compliance with regional codes and the correct specification of material thicknesses for commercial or residential construction projects. If you commission a feasibility study from us, these details will, of course, be resolved before the project is carried out.
5) Delivery and Installation
Delivery
Siller staircases are shipped worldwide by reliable international freight companies. Please note that transit times may range from one day to 6 weeks, depending on the destination country. Contact us well in advance to ensure that your staircase arrives at the job site on schedule.
Installation
Our trained and highly experienced installation team travels worldwide to provide you with the best possible service and warranty coverage. Depending on the order value and the project’s complexity, however, it may be advisable to engage a local contractor for the installation. International installation can generally be provided for orders valued at €20,000 or more (cantilevered staircases are excluded; within Europe, installation may be available for orders valued from €10,000 to €15,000)Our tip: We can also send a supervisor to oversee and guide your contractors during installation on site. This ensures that your entire project is in capable hands!
After Completion

We naturally provide a warranty period in accordance with the laws of the country concerned. Beyond that, we assure you that we will always be available should any issues arise or should you have suggestions for improvements.
