Sky-Screw

The “Sky-screw” spiral staircase breaks new ground in staircase design. Its upward-turning propeller appearance can be achieved in glass, wood, and our high-tech concrete.

Glass spiral staircase:

The glass treads are composed of individual panes in different sizes, bonded with a special interlayer similar to that used for load-bearing glass elements. Each pane has its own shape and is oval to make the staircase as comfortable to climb as possible.

A variety of design elements can be used to give the staircase different looks. The treads can be illuminated individually or together with LEDs, or lighting can be limited to the base at the foot of the stair, making the spiral staircase appear to “float” on light.

Additional glass in curved or short straight sections can be used for the railing.

Concrete spiral staircase:

Our specially developed “high-tech” concrete mix can be used to recreate the same appearance as a concrete staircase. The addition of marble dust gives the staircase either the look of genuine marble or an innovative synthetic surface. Each option has its own distinctive appeal.

Wood spiral staircase:

As with our Pentagon model, the Rotor wood staircase is produced partly by hand. Any wood species can be used to give the staircase the right look for your home. A painted finish in colors such as black or white lends the wood staircase a more modern feel, while blue, red, or yellow creates a bold, vibrant effect.
