Step One: The origins in the Alps We’ll take you on an unforgettable journey to the heart of the Alps. A visit to the Lasa Marmo quarry is an experience in itself. You’ll witness first-hand how your staircase is extracted from the massive marble deposit – a moment of striking authenticity.

Step Two: Analysis of the structure Our experienced specialists analyse the composition of the stone to ensure the staircase’s stability. The marble’s external grain provides clues to its internal structure, enabling us to determine precisely how the block must be cut to achieve the desired appearance and load-bearing capacity.

Step Three: Finalising the design Based on the structural analysis of the stone, we refine the design of your staircase. Every detail is adapted to the characteristics of the natural material to create a perfect symbiosis of aesthetics and stability.

Step Four: Transport of the Marble Block A monumental undertaking: the 50-tonne marble block is carefully loaded and transported to the production facility. Every gram of this natural wonder forms part of your personalised staircase sculpture.

Step Five: Precision Manufacturing The transformation begins at our production facility. Using state-of-the-art CNC technology, the solid marble block is hollowed out and shaped into a spiral staircase with millimetre precision. The process combines high-tech precision with the uniqueness of natural stone.
