It can be used to achieve a very floating staircase look or in the contrary you can create massive and heavy designs if you work in large rooms or entrance halls. For helical stairs concrete is very helpful because it creates a solid structure and you can apply different finishes to adjust the style for instance to Asian, Arabic or European interiors.
